It seems that some users are experiencing an Exchange 2003 event ID 1021 error. This issue can occur due to a number of factors. Let’s discuss this now.

This program has Exchange 2013. You recently received the message “Receive connector
I checked with the IP address of the spam removal service provider.
Everything I’ve found indicates that I need to revert to the maximum of those 20 connections. However, I simply don’t have the Set-ReceiveConnector or Get-ReceiveConnetor cmdlet in the Exchange console. returns the message “Set-ReceiveConnector was not recognized…”. I went to send me the necessary permissions – the organization of hygiene and the management system in his EAC. Disconnected, • reconnected, restarted exchange as a console manager. I still don’t have it. How do I change a specific setting? Perhaps I didn’t fully understand the syntax. i ***
Note: I’m obviously new to technology. I was not an administrator of Exchange. In the company, only me and the founder. He was on a quiet vacation all week.
MayCan you run the EMC (GUI Management Tool) if you have no problems?
Users still need to move emails (I think), not all at once. This error simply means an exchange that the transfer prevented tweets during an amazing one-on-one session. Email must still go through, but no more than 15 messages at a time
Some of us started getting 1021 alerts on some Exchange 2013 servers after an increase in anonymous relay traffic. This includes the fact that you have an incredible number of IP connections.
The default maximum number of concurrent connections with the same IP address for Receive connectors is 20… we need a higher value so that messages aren’t dropped!
**Note** Make sure you recognize the IP address presented in this warning; it’s probably a spammer, or you don’t want to make any changes unless you’re sure the number of connections is ok.

Description:
Receive Plug Internal Anonymous Relay rejected attachment from IP address xxxx The maximum payload per connection (20) for this connector was recently discovered at this source IP address.
To check the current Receive Connector limits, run EMS along with the run command:
Get-ReceiveConnector | Choose name *MaxInbound*
They will try to get something like this:
As you can see, I have 20 internal anonymous relay connectors for MaxInboundConnectionPerSource and 2 just for MaxInboundConnectionPercentagePerSource.
In all these cases, we want to speed up internal anonymous relaying on all servers, so add the following cmdlet:
Get-ReceiveConnector *”Internal Anonymous Relay” | Set-ReceiveConnector 500 -maxinboundconnectionpersource -MaxInboundConnectionPercentagePerSource 100
**Note** You must replace “Internal Anonymous Relay” with the name of your receive connector.
This will almost certainly set the maximum incoming connections from onesource IP address by 500, and the maximum number (in percent) most commonly associated with remaining connections that can be used for outbound connections from a single source IP address by 100.
**Note** Most of the maximum number of connections can be set to the last or higher unlimited value, but you can enter a small amount to test for unwanted effects.
Now Get-ReceiveConnector | You select the Name of the new *MaxInbound* cmdlet and you get this:
